Mayhem erupted when a car crashed into a restaurant outside Seattle Friday evening, injuring seven people.
The wayward vehicle slammed into Plum Delicious Family Restaurant in Renton, Washington shortly after 5 p.m. when its driver lost control, according to KOMO-TV.
Six diners and the driver of the sedan were taken to the hospital after suffering unspecified injuries, the station reported.
Several of the injured customers were sitting in a booth that the car crashed into, while others were hurt by flying glass and debris, officials reportedly said.
The car appeared to be lodged inside the back of the building, dramatic aerial footage from the station showed.
The accident closed nearby roads in the suburb during the evening rush, officials said.
